Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation Policy

We hope that you are happy with your products from The Oneholer but If you are not completely satisfied with any of the goods, you must notify us by completing the online form found under heading Customer Service, Returns of your intention to return the goods. The goods should be returned within 14 days of the invoice date. The goods must be returned to us with a copy of our invoice or receipt and in the condition in which you received them with a note of any problem (all product tags must still be attached and the items in an unused (re-saleable) condition.

Any item purchased via telephone, internet or mail order must be returned directly to:

The Oneholer Limited shall replace the goods, or allow you a full refund minus the cost of the postage (unless the goods are faulty or there was an error on our part in despatching your order in which case, we will refund the postage as well) within 14 days of the receipt the returned goods. The postage charges for sending and returning items is non refundable. We recommend that when returning your goods, you ensure and insure their safe return. In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the Certificate of Posting. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.


Made to Order/Bespoke

Work individually commissioned or bearing your logo, trademark, trade name or other individualisation not taken up by you cannot be reprocessed or credited by us. In the event of cancellation or alteration of the order The Oneholer will charge You 100% of the price of the work cancelled or to be substituted on which manufacture has started or been completed.
