Delivery
As we know you’ll be keen to share your feat with your friends and family, we aim to despatch most orders within 2-7 working days of the date the order was accepted, subject to verification being obtained from your Nominated Golf Club Official (where applicable), stock availability and credit clearance. The Oneholer Limited will deliver the goods you have ordered directly to the address you specify (please note, we do not ship or invoice to PO Box addresses) using Royal Mail and Royal Mail International Signed For. A signature will be required upon delivery of certain items within the UK and all Overseas items. UK customers, please note that if you are not in, the Postman may leave a card to indicate you have a package to collect from your local Sorting Office. This must be collected within 7 days, otherwise it can be returned to us and a further delivery charge will be incurred for its re-despatch. If a neighbour has signed for the package, the parcel becomes your responsibility.
Once delivered/ a signature received, the goods will become your property and your responsibility and The Oneholer Limited will not accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction.
NB Personalised/Bespoke items (eg Club ties, Ball Markers) will be posted separately and may take up to 56 days from verification being obtained. The Oneholer Limited will keep you informed.

Please note that orders for next day delivery must be rung through to Liz in the office (01707 371506) to ensure that this service is available. A signature will be required on receipt. Orders received after 12 noon Thursday may be despatched on the following Monday (unless it's a Bank Holiday), for delivery on Tuesday.
Please note that because of their nature, Bespoke items cannot be ordered and sent immediately by this method.
