Terms and Conditions:
The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on Oneholer.co.uk. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
It is our responsibility to supply you with the goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations, please contact us
Method of Payment:
The Oneholer Limited accepts: Visa, MasterCard & Visa Debit. We also accept cheques made payable to The Oneholer Limited, but please allow upto 7 working days for a cheque to clear prior to your order being despatched. Please ensure that your address and card number are on the back of the cheque. Overseas Company credit cards unfortunately will incur a 2% surcharge.
VAT:
We are a Non VAT Registered company.
Designed and Made to Order Products:
Items personalised for you and not taken up by you cannot be reprocessed or credited by us. In the event of cancellation or alteration of the order, The Oneholer Limited will charge you 100% of the price of the work cancelled or to be substituted on which manufacturer has started or been completed.
Postage and Handling will be added to all orders. Club logos which appear on this website are for illustration purposes only. They do not imply endorsement by the owners of the designs. We cannot supply such designs other than to the legal owner.
We do ask for a 65% deposit on all Bespoke orders.
Due to their nature, Bespoke orders may take longer to manufacture – e.g. Club ties or Trophies. This will be explained to you before your order is confirmed.
Description of Goods
All images, sizes, descriptions, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods and are not subject to a guarantee of accuracy. Full detailed specifications are available from The Oneholer.
Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
Trademarks:
The Oneholer Device, King Oneholer Device, Captain Device, Past Captain Device and President Device are registered trademarks as are the words Oneholer, King Oneholer and HOLE-IN-ONE. Any use of these marks would constitute a trademark infringement.
General:
The Oneholer Limited reserves the right to alter or amend the specification and/or prices of its products without prior notice.
